Sumatran Tiger

The monkeys stand for honesty, Giraffes are insincere,

Pacing back and forth a male Sumatran Tiger is about as happy as a person when separated from his young. Because of the tree cover, the low shutter speed and the overcast day I had to take a few stab at the shot before I got something I was both happy with and something that was in focus.

I have a thing for cats, especially big ol' wild cats. Something about the eyes, paws and general attitude they display. Maybe it's some kind of king-of-the-jungle syndrome.

I will be once again volunteering time and lens to the Burlington Rotary Clubs Ribfest during the Labor Day weekend. I have posted up an ongoing and growing gallery of images.
