A ribber cooks up a feast of racks at the Worlds Largest Ribfest

Tending the man flame

"I think it's important to encourage gluttony in all its formats." - Lydia Lunch

Tomorrow the Rib Fest down at Spencer Smith Park swings into high gear. The first official full day of what will be rib feasting debauchery at its finest. I'll be there again with a full 11 hours planned to be on foot with camera in hand and my pack of gear across the shoulder. I venture that I will be mighty sore by the time the sun sets.
