I swear there are times you don't realize why the meat industry is as healthy as it is until you see a roaster bigger than my car. I watched two Rib Fest employees make quick work of bin full of chickens and before I could switch out the lenses for a tight-in-shot they'd just about finished stacking the skewers into the oven.
