Jumped in the car this morning and headed up to see Nino in Lowville to hopefully get his email template up and running for the next menu e-mail blast. Being the part owner of the Lowville Bistro in the heart of the town he's blessed enough to have Dawn running the kitchen and still be his wife by night. Though I didn't get Ninos template to work thanks to the less then friendly and outdated Mac software running on his single button mouse computer appliance I still had a chance to talk with Dawn. Though initial reluctant to let me photograph her, the urgency of the morning prep was enough to make Dawn forget about the lens and let me get off some nice photographs of a pro at work.
