Serpentine Situation
I would not enter in my list of friends, Who needlessly sets foot upon a worm. An inadvertent step may crush the snail That crawls at evening in the public path, But he has the humanity, forewarned, Will tread aside, and let the reptile live. - William Cowper
Back in 05, kids being entertained by a reptile handler. I had to stop after this shot. The kids were more interested in posing for my lens then the assistants Polaroid.
Why do we make reference to a snake being slimy when in fact most if not all are just silky smooth?

SRP, I wouldn't exactly slide them into the "cuddly pet" category, BUT they are fascinating to watch especially when hunting. Thanks for stopping by.
Cheers,

THAT is quite a snake. I've got to check out your photography. I am an aspiring photographer and that shot was perfect so I want to see what all you've done.

Great Picture. Not everyone would be brave enough to hold a big snake like that.

Hi, here from Michele's today. I've lurked a little in your blog, but don't leave any comments. Mainly, cuz you're so good you leave me speechless. I enjoy every shot I see here. Happy Easter.
