Towers and fields

"The mass of men lead lives of quiet desperation. " - Henry David Thoreau

Fields of yellowing wheat and electric transmission towers stretch from horizon to horizon near the hamlet of Limehouse. I have been, when time permits, exploring the local side roads on my bike with the camera packed away on my back. I have a lot of little locations earmarked for shooting but iit is a question of getting there when the light is just right.

Life has a way of leaving you to twist in the wind. Stories are traded under starlit skies that are a day late and a dollar short and just leave you wondering how oblivious you are to the small details in others hearts and minds.

Good to see you back in action Paul. Definitely understand the twists and turns. I guess that's what makes life worth living, if sometimes a little worrisome!

It the "lighting" aspect something you can learn or is it just something you know instinctively? If learned, then some of us still have hope of getting it right.
