Canada's Largest Ribfest - 2006
"Nothing would be more tiresome than eating and drinking if God had not made them a pleasure as well as a necessity." - Voltaire
Canadian and American flag fly high atop the ribber stands that line Spencer Smith park in downtown Burlington. Friday was the first day of Canada's Largest Ribfest as tourists and locals alike gathered for great food, beer and music.
I'll be down at the fest most of the days of this long weekend as I volunteer my lens to document the event for the Rotary Club. Check out Canada's Largest Ribfest gallery.

Great shot Paul! I went on Friday and had some ribs from Club 31 which were great. I think I will try another company's tomorrow. Let me know once the remaining photos are up and I will add a link from our Burlington directory www.MyBurlington.info

Great shot - catches the true spirit of the event and the synchronicity of the moment. Congrats !
