Chasing Thor

"If you want to see the sunshine, you have to weather the storm." - Frank Lane

Five minutes after Seven this evening I turned the key and headed out in hopes of catching a light show from the coming storm. The radio buzzed with tornado and sever thunder storm warnings and black clouds gathered in the west. However the whole thing was a bust as thick haze hid the coming front and lightning remained hidden inside the high cloud columns that dropped torrential rains. Did catch this off shoot of the coming storm before the rain caught up with my position.

Annie M.

You're photos are breathtaking - literally. I keep looking at photos on the internet and I'm not all that impressed. I was recently at a gallery in Orton (Burdettes) where a photographer had samples of her scenic photos. I thought "there's no feeling here". Your photos capture the feel of the moment, the texture, the temperature - it all comes through - beautiful.

That Nikon D70 is sweet!
