North of Lindsay

"No winter lasts forever; no spring skips its turn. " - Hal Borland

Spent time at my sisters who lives near Lindsay this past weekend. She and her husband and kids live in a town whose name I can barely pronounce yet alone spell out so "near Lindsay" will have to do. The farm equipment is already parked in a neat row at the corner of one of the field and everything is slowly prepared for winter. For all its lovely colors the shadow of winter hangs over the fall season. Did I mention I am not a fan of winter...
