Photograph of a short-stuby-little grain elevator in Stewartown, Ontario, Canada

Rural Silver

Canada is an interesting place, the rest of the world thinks so, even if Canadians don't.
- Terence M. Green

Now this short-stubby-little grain elevator I've been meaning to shoot for a while, just waiting for the right sky. When the light hits it just right and you get a dark background it becomes a nice feature in a field of crops. I waited till the sun had dropped below the visible horizon and the light situation went from direct to ambient.

A good weekend to all.

Tomorrows shot will be a detail of some pollen covered grass reeds. I'm taking name suggestions for the post.
